It's winding down, I'm getting close to the end of the road here. If anything, Friday wasn't a bump in the road, it was a triple speed-bump. Friday was my going away party.
There wasn't much that happened, except a lot of people celebrating me leaving VML (which I haven't figured out if they were happy or sad) at The Quaff (a downtown KC bar). We started drinking at 4:30, which, if you haven't done that before, make sure you pace yourself. Trust me.
The night ended at Jilly's (another bar in the KC Crossroads) watching Greg spin records. No one was breakdancing that night, though. Ah well.
Friday also marked my last VML-Chipotle lunch. Sad.
Tomorrow is the last day. I don't look forward to it, but I do look forward to Wednesday. Lots of emotions.
